If the user doesn't specify a sort in a REST request, we should still sort by something, so that pagination makes sense.
If we don't sort at all, then the ordering is arbitrary, and getting page 1 could use a different sort than getting page 2, and then those paginated requests could get eg. the same results.
We should add a default sort order to all requests that don't specify any sorting.
For models that have a name, it should be sorted by name by default; for logs and events, by creation time; for executions, by start time.
