cfy_manager install leaves an ssh key file in /etc/cloudify
Description
We create it during sanity deployment, and put it here: https://github.com/cloudify-cosmo/cloudify-manager-install/blob/master/cfy_manager/components/sanity/sanity.py#L44
Should be removed after sanity uninstall.

3. Find a file named "ssh_key" that shouldn't be there.
