Original blueprint name appears in deployment's logs and events, even after deployment update to a new blueprint

Description

After update deployment, on “Deployment Events/Logs” widget changes blueprint name for all previous event and logs to the current one.

Steps to Reproduce

Environment:
OS (CLI), HA cluster, cloud provider
------------------------------------

  • Cloudify manager v4.4 from image

  • Nodecellar- openstack-blueprint.yaml installed and deployment created- A.

  • New Nodecellar blueprint uploaded (After remove mongod vm)- B

Steps to reproduce:
------------------
1. Log in to Admin UI.
2. Choose the existing deployment.
3. Verity on "Create deployment" event blueprint name (should be "A") on "Deployment Events/Logs” widget"
3. Update deployment- Choose the second blueprint ("B").
4. Verity on "Update" event blueprint name (should be "B") on "Deployment Events/Logs” widget".

Expected result:
---------------
For each event will be shown its relevant blueprint name.

Actual result:
-------------
blueprint name changes for all previous event and logs to the current one.
