Add the username of the user applying actions to the audit log

Description

Today we track user's activity in our logs. it is stated that certain workflow was started, plugin was installed, etc. however we do not track the username who performed these actions.
There is a complete set of functionality related to audit logging, we will not cover it in this specific ticket. what we intend to cover is adding the username of the user performing the actions to the existing logs.
The information should be available in the:

  1. [Mandatory for this story] actual log files.

  2. [Important but not Mandatory - estimate the work and discuss] Add the column and display it in the logs.

    1. CLI - show the details as part of the events when running ```cfy events list``` or ```cfy executions list```

      1. [NIce to have in this story context - estimate the work and discuss] add filter flag "-u --user" which will filter the list by events performed by that user.

    2. UI - show the details as part of the events and logs widget. share a user column.

      1. [NIce to have in this story context - estimate the work and discuss] add a filter for the user column.
