Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in into UI and open Cloudify Catalog page
2. See that no plugins are listed
Expected result:

Plugins listed properly in Plugins Catalog widget.
Actual result:
-------------
No plugins listed properly in Plugins Catalog widget.
Please decide if we want to create patch for 5.0.5 for that one.
Code change is simple (possibly just a one line), but patch creation as always is not a 5 mins. Still - as I’m right now finishing patch for I’ve got fresh understanding about the process.
Seeing that we were able to resolve the issues I believe we should not spend the time of this right now.

For the future reference - in case of any problems with Plugins/Blueprints Catalog double check AWS S3 configuration (content-type and CORS settings) and Cloudfront caching.
