--rest-certificate shouldn't be mandatory for "cfy profiles use --ssl"

Description

It is possible that the manager's certificate (or a relevant CA certificate) is already installed on the client's OS. In that case, the client shouldn't be forced to provide --rest-certificate.

Steps to Reproduce

Use a manager with a certificate that is already trusted by the client's OS, and try to use a CLI profile with no rest cert declared
