Add password protection for snapshots

Description

Snapshots may contain sensitive customer data, it needs to be protected, so if someone who is not allowed to see the content of it won't have access to it.
We should add a flag that would allow protection of the snapshot file with a password.

Maybe 7zip would be the best approch among these, also did not mind to go with this 7zip as well but he suggested to use the .7z postfix for clarity purposes which I think make sense

Agreed, feels reasonable.

do we have an answer from legal if we can use 7z as dependency so we will be able to proceed with the solution has suggested

I did not consult with legal on any of the options until we settle on the package we wish to use. Reading the license for 7zip I don't see a blocker so I can run that by legal parallel to your work.

Did this one fall between the cracks? is there anything holding it down on my side?
