Latest community image has broken UI

Description

With a fresh community image (19.11.10 or 20.01.05) there are the following problems:

  • user cannot login (maybe browser caching issue) => User data error

  • invalid pages are provided (the same as for premium admin users, should be community template)

Environment:
OS (CLI), HA cluster, cloud provider

UI, community version

Steps to reproduce:
------------------
1. Install (Docker, Rackspace) latest (19.11.10 or 20.01.05) version of Cloudify community edition
2. Open UI and try to log in

Expected result:
---------------
Application dashboard with proper community pages appears after login.

Actual result:
-------------
Either error during login (maybe browser caching issue) or invalid pages provided (the same as for premium admin users).
