the 'releasing cloud resources..' event is no longer printed in the CLI
Description
Currently, there is no way of knowing if the lifecycle event prints have ended.
The implementation for recognizing that lifecycle events ended should take the processing unit zones into account.

The event is now printed when the zone is no longer available.
This can be checked by every install/uninstall service operation.
