VMs occasionally unnamed, and unmanaged
Description
Working with the new storm application recipe, frequently created vms have no names. Not all of them, just a few. Also, after uninstalling the application, occasionally VMs are not shut down.

The no name issue is a known jclouds problem. But leaked VMs are more of a problem.
Can you upload the ESM logs of a run where a machine stayed up?
