Incorrect error message while join cluster with --cluster-host-ip

Description

While join cluster with the flag --cluster-host-ip and from manager with data you will get an incorrect error message:
Node is already a member of the cluster

Prerequisites:

  • Cloudify Premium CLI installed

  • 2 Cloudify Managers installed and running- RHEL
    Steps:

  1. Start cluster from the manager without data
    cfy cluster start --cluster-node-name <MANAGER-NAME> --cluster-host-ip <THIS-MANAGER-IP>

  2. Join the cluster from the second manager with data
    cfy cluster join <STARTED-CLUSTER-MANAGER-IP> --cluster-node-name <MANAGER-NAME> --cluster-host-ip<THIS-MANAGER-IP>

Expected result:
The join operation failed with a relevant error message-
"Cannot join cluster from a nonempty manager! Blueprint: expected at most 0, but found 1."

Actually result:
The join operation failed with incorrect error message-
Node is already a member of the cluster
