Unclear message after deployment failure

Description

While you trying to create deployment after upload a blueprint without a relevant plugin you will get an unclear error message.

Prerequisites:

  • Cloudify premium CLI edition installed version 4.3

  • Cloudify manager v4.3 from image

Steps:

  1. Copy "Hello-world" blueprint to the manager +sudo scp -i <keypair> <blueprint-file-path> user_name@<ip>/path +

  2. Connect to manager ssh <user_name@ip address> -i <key path>

  3. Unzip "Hello-world" file sudo yum install unzip unzip <blueprint-file-name>

  4. Upload openStack blueprint cfy blueprints upload <path> -n <blueprint_name>

  5. Create deployment cfy deployment create -b <blueprint-id> -I <input file path>

Expected result:
The deployment hasn't been created and the user will get a relevant error message.

Actually result:
The deployment hasn't been created but theres no relevant message. You will get an unclear error message:
"An error occurred on the server: 412: 412: http://localhost:80/api/v3.1/deployments/blueprint"
