In-place upgrade crashes the stage and changes the password

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Bootstrap manager on latest version
2. Create and download snapshot
3. Teardown the manager and bootstrap again
4. Upload and restore the snapshot

The cli will disconnect from the manager. The only way to connect again is to use the password from the FIRST bootstrap.
Moreover, the stage crashes after the restore process. I got a "502 Bad Gateway" error. Also the stage status is on auto-restart mode

The CLI password works like this by design. it was a change introduced in 4.2 to solve another bug. Stage crash need to be checked.

Stage fails to load since it can't get the config(authorization) from the manager with this error:

This is because the 'admin_password' at '/opt/manager/rest-security.conf' is incorrect.
If you changed the password for the super user for some reason - you need to make sure you change it in rest-security as well or stage won't load.

After discussion we have modified this to use the admin API token.

Manager and manager blueprints have been merged to provide the token to the UI.

Checked the bug now and it looks good to me. Even the password changed to the latest bootstrap
