"SSL enable" fails communication between CLI and manager image

Description

This scenario happens only with manager from image (m1)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect to the manager and enable SSL
2. Verify connection to the manager with SSL status, and UI check (URL is https)

The error occurs after SSL enable. The CLI can't communicate with the manager, even after copying the external certificate file from the manager to the profiles directory on the CLI (and export the cert file)
